There is no dog in existance that does not shed. No, not even poodles, that's a myth.
As for the walking thing, whether or not the dog pulls is strictly a matter of how well you've trained him. Gentle Leader head collars are a great training tool for this.
If you really can't handle the shedding, get a fish instead. If you're willing to deal with that, just about any medium-sized dog will be fine- check out www.akc.org for breed descriptions.

Medium sized covers alot if breeds.
Non shedding means stuffed toy most all dogs shed to some degree.
As for not pulling on the leash that takes training and time and effort on the part of the owner of the dog to teach it.
Before you get a dog make sure you do some research about they breed and find out how much grooming and care they need. Find out about how much training they require and how active they are. You need to find a dog breed that you have time for and are willing to work with. Dogs take up a great deal of time and require training and care. They are like children and most are at least a 10 year commitment. So take some time and be sure before you get one.

Your description could be any dog breed and will depend on YOU.
ALL dogs shed. Some more than others, but they all do it. A well groomed/brushed dog will leave less excess hair around the house.
A well trained dog will not pull on it's leash. You can control this by enrolling the dog in obedience classes and doing your class homework by working with the dog when you aren't in class. All dogs will naturally pull on a leash if they're not properly trained.

There are many medium sized dogs that dont shed much. Any dog will shed, but some shed very little.
Pulling you on long walks is a behavioral issue, and has nothing to do with breeds. A poodle will drag you across the yard just as much as a rottie might. It depends on the animals training and how competent the owner is.
I suggest a shelter animal that is older and well trained, shelters have many nice animals to offer.

Manchester Terrier-low shed-relatively intelligent-good temperament-grooming is a 2 minute daily brushing
Cocker/poodle mix-low to no shed-intelligent-needs grooming
Both are a little smaller than medium breed but both are fun dogs to have. As for the pulling that's entirely up to you. Take whatever you find to training school and learn how to do it. Dragging on the leash is a sign of dominance and is most easily controlled if you establish proper walking methods as soon as you get the dog, puppy or adult.

You might try an Italian Greyhound. This is a medium sized short hair dog. They have a sweet nature and they do not shed too much. All dogs shed a little just like we do. As for the pulling you have to teach a dog to walk on a leash they don't just know how. It is just one of many things you must teach a dog.

Well, a mini poodle could meet the requirements, depending upon how long your walk is. My poodle loves to go on walks, but can only go about 2 miles. He's just too small to go any longer than that. Any dog can be trained not to pull on a lead, no matter their size. Poodles do shed, but the hair is caught within the curls. That is why you have to brush them everyday.

If you want to breed get a dog of the same breed. Then they can have babies after both dogs finish their championships and have all health tests done!

Well, you might want a mix. Part of a breed that's medium and doesn't shed, and part dog that's playful, but doesn't pull you. A toy poodle might work. poodles don't shed much, and many kinds of poodles are small. Hope I helped.

Bedlington Terrier. They kind of look like a lamb. They do not shed and have no pet dander so are great for people with allergies. I understand they are an excellent all around pet.
