Do guys really wait 3 days to contact a girl after a date? I've never met a guy who has. Either he calls the next day if he is really interested or doesn't call at all. I really haven't met a guy who waits 3 days. So, I was wondering if guys really do it or if it is just a bunch of bull.

Ah, the games men play. I, like you, either get a call the next day or no call at all. Never had a guy wait 3 days. I've been told by a couple guys about the 3 day rule, but they just laugh it off. So, I'll say it's bull.

A few years ago, since I had so little knowledge of how the dating scene worked, I did wait three days before calling after a date. It's what I thought you were supposed to do based on what I'd seen on TV shows.
But three days is a bit too much I think. If I actually like a girl I will most likely e-mail or text message her the next day and call later that day or the day after.

I think it really depends on the guy just as it is with girls, they are either sincerely interested in you and will call you the next day or when they get the guts to and on the other hand if they want the chase and mind games that come along with it they will wait and play the waiting game.

Bunch of bull. If you enjoyed being with someone you want to see them again soon. Anyone that plays by a 3 day rule is a game player so dont bother answering the phone on day 3.

Don't believe things you see in the movies or in magazines. Theres not set rules to dating. Heck, most guys will call a girl they're intersted in as soon as they get home from the date, some do it from the car. I've known others who wait a couple of days, but thats usually because they have other things going on.

Any guy who waits 3 days is a dumb @#$%. If all went well on the date he will call the next day, and girls don't hesitate to call either. He is waiting to for your call too.

Well your probably younger so they haven't got the rules down yet. But I'm 25 and i always wait 2 or 3 days sometimes a week cause i'm busy

I don't think its bull i think its a silly rule boys do/say but I never dated someone who called after 3 days, they usually call me that night, lol

I dont think there is such thing as three days,i think if guy really likes the girl,then he should call anytime:) but at the same time he needs to make sure she is comfortable with that:) so yeah its all depends on the chemistry.
