I have no problems asking girls out, I know from like school cause I'm usually friends w/ them first, but how would you talk to a girl, ask her out, and/or get her number w/o sounding creepy b/c she does't even know u.

Ok, i'm 17 too. I'm a girl and my suggestion would be to just go up and introduce yourself and start a normal conversation. Tell her you'd really like to get to know her a little beteer and ask if she would mind going out with you somethime then ask for her nuber that way you can workout over the phone the plans for your "date". People think that friendship and relationship should be in a separate category. But really, friendship is the perfect foundation to build a relationship on. So if you're good at making friends with girls, why not just start a little casual chat with her to see if she's nice first. Smile and just relate a topic to her when your in conversation with other people around her to get her involved in the conversation and pretty soon, your exchanging names and finding out what you both like to do, what you have in common.
There's your opportunity ... "Hey, I got a couple tickets to such -n- such ... " "Wanna go out for some Chinese?" "Hey, I was thinking about seeing that movie ... would you like to join me?"

Don't ask her out...you can't like somebody if you don't know them. You might be attracted to her physical looks, but that is not enough for a relationship. Just try to be friends for a while.

well dont do it that way, get to know her first, hang out with her, so when you do ask for all that information you don't sound like a jerk, or someone that's fast or desperate
