IT'S GETTING CLOSE TO MY BED TIME SO HEARS A PARTIAL ANSWER ON LEAVES. THE CROSS SECTION OF A LEAF BLADE CONSISTS OF A CUTICLE, UPPER EPIDERMIS, PALISADE LAYER, VASCULAR TISSUE (LEAF VEIN) , SPONGY LAYER, LOWER EPIDERMIS, GUARD CELLS AND STOMATA. LEAVES CONTAIN CELLS WITH CHLOROPLASTS THAT CONTAIN GREEN PIGMENT CALLED CHLOROPHYLL. THIS PIGMENT ABSORBS SUNLIGHT. GOOD NITE.
