Guinea pig babies are ready to adopt at birth.. they are funny little things :-) I would give it a good home.
The cat is going to eat anything small and furry it has natural instincts towards this that is why mice and rats don't hang out at a house with cats.
Unless you want to keep the baby you will have to find a cage that the cat can't get into or get a new home for the cat.

Yes cat loves meat... cats are hunters and like wild animals will eat their prey,
You need to keep an eye on her and teach her, that your guinea pig is not food but friend.
Keep introducing her all the time and maybe put the guinea pig in the cage with the baby. So she can't get to them.
I believe with a bit of patience and understanding, your cat getting continuously affection, plenty of love and cuddle. She will learn to make friend with your guinea pig, but always be there to watch... just in case.
Good luck!

Pigs are natural prey to any cat. IMO its cruel to be spraying water at your cat when she is doing what comes natural. She will kill them if they get out. I strongly advise you to put the pigs in a room where the cat is NOT allowed or they will die of stress/fright soon. You will need to socialize the pigs by going in the room and spending time with them w/o the cat around. This is the only solution if you want to keep both the pigs and the cat. Added - I'm not totally against the water thing. We use it to keep cats from getting hurt by wires (or lights on the Christmas tree). But to keep using the spray bottle to stop predatory actions is wrong. You cannot safely keep the pigs unless they are totally separated from the cat. So find a room somewhere to keep the pigs where the cat cannot go into the room. You have 2 choices (rehome one or the other OR you keep the pigs behind closed doors).

Cats are natural hunters. Try to keep the cat away from your guinea pig for a while. Shut the bedroom door with guinea inside. If that's not possible maybe a friend could babysit for awhile.

It's not the cats fault, that's what cats do they are predators.
Keep the pigs in a cage that the cat can't get to and make sure that the cage has a lid so the pigs can't escape...if they get out the cat is going to hunt them.

Lock the pigs in a room to where the cat can't get them. This is all a matter of you!! YOU need to teach your cat that it cannot do that.
