I sometimes have a dull pain in my wrist or lower leg, it feels like this dull pain is pulsating through my veins. Anyone else have it? What could be the cause?

You have given very little info.
If you are tiny lanky figure or poor appetite and don't exercise this problem is natural.
If coldness energy in your body is more it will create such symptoms.
Exercise and keep both feet in bucket of warm water before you sleep.

I have herniated discs in my spine that cause a very similar pain in my arms and legs. It's dull, achy, constant and gets very bad at night. Also have some cartilage issues with the knee that causes similar pains. The very first thing they checked me out for though was Multiple Sclerosis, just to rule out anything severe first. If the pain is interefering with your life or your sleep then perhaps it's time to see a neurologist if the meds aren't helping. Fibromyalgia has very similar symptoms as well. Best of luck to you; I empathize. :) ~E

Before you consider surgery try working with the principles taught in The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies.
I use a chiropractor and massage therapist with it.
