well you could of chosen a cheaper month to go away, everywhere is sky high prices, because of the school holidays, why not put the honey moon off for one month, you will notice that the prices drop a huge amount,, enjoy your life

second, hmm well, I can't say anything speific cause i dunno where u are but mebe rent (but price shouldnt be THAT bad) a park/field and set up the wedding there/cermony/party afterwards. summer weddings r meant to be outdoors!
