my ear has been really itchy and then yellow stuff came out is it ear wax or what im confused:S

Ear infections are generally accompanied by pain. There maybe pain at the ear, in the head along the eustachian tube, and into the throat. Ear infections are also usually accompanied by fever, and a level of hearing loss (as the canal fills with pus). Ear wax is a semi-solid, while pus is liquid. Ear infections are easily treated with antibiotics. If you think you may have an ear infection, you need to be seen by a doctor, or in your local emergency room. Eardrums can rupture (tear) if the pus puts too much pressure on them and result in permanent hearing loss.

Acute otitis media is a bacterial or viral infection of the middle ear, usually accompanying a Upper Respiratory Infections. Symptoms include otalgia (earache), often with systemic symptoms (fever, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea), especially in the very young. Diagnosis is based on otoscopy (examination of the external auditory canal with a speculam or endoscope). Treatment is with analgesics and sometimes antibiotics.

probably discharging wax. If it persists see a doctor, could also be otitis externa. (external ear infection.)

I don't think so. And ear infection really HURTS.
