She is not lying.
You just don't want to face the truth.
The truth is she still wants you to come around and do nice things for her, like give her compliments, spend money and whatever else you do for her.
But she does not want to do anything in return for you.
And by saying " I don't like you in that kind of way." she thinks she is not leading you on.
You will be much better off finding a girl that is hot for you.
Unless you like spending endless amounts of cash, energy and emotion on something that will never pay off.
Also while you are wasting your time with this girl your true love will either be lonely or wasting her time loving someone else.
It is your duty as a man of the world to go and seek your true love!
HOW WILL I KNOW IF THE LOVE IS TRUE? you ask.
She wont say things like:
"I don't want you to get the wrong impression of me...because we are friends and just because you like me doesn't mean that we can't be friends"
