How can i connect a 3ph. earth leakage circuit breaker to 3ph. delta load or any 3ph. load without neutral? thank u.

As I understand it you wish to install aground fault breaker on old wiring which has no ground wire. This can still be done and it will work. Just hook up the load wire (black) to the breaker and the common/ground (white) to the grounding bar. Same goes for a GFIC outlet.

As long as you buy an Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker that is rated for 3phase 3wire applications it is a one for one swap for a normal 3 pole circuit breaker. It doesn't depend on having a neutral conductor or a wired connection to the star point of a wye connected load.
