my best friend hates me just because i am dating her ex. It has been a week?

Relationships come and go, Friends can last forever. If it is truely your best friend.... they would understand. But is this person worth losing your best friend over???

she broke up with him a week ago and you are now dating him? She has every reason to hate you. What you did was insensitive to your BEST freind. You are supposed to support her, not jump on the ex's bandwagon. OK he may be a great guy, but couldn't you have waited a little while to let her get over him? and it really is never OK to date the ex of your best freind. there are just too many complications in social gatherings and intimate get togethers....dump him....go back to your best freind and laugh about how stupid you were to date him....you will be happier in the long run.

Well, How did we find ourself in such a situation? Your friend may be mad because to her (and many other people) it wud seem that you liked her boyfriend when she was with him ...and she is tempted to believe maybe u DID want them to break up and did nothing to help her..because u wanted him for yourself. If you had a conviction like that,wudnt u also be mad? And where is the guy in all this? I think u shud take some time off from this guy and try to talk to your friend before u can deeply involved with him. It cud help. You dont need her permission to date him...but you DID cross the line (atleast to her!) Wish you all the best!

I have been on the other end of this where my best friend went out with my ex, even though i didnt love him anymore it still hurt like hell coz she knew everything about our relationship and all my secrets about it. I was devastated and could never forgive her and i never ever will. Your friend couldnt have meant anything to you in the first place to do that.there are so many other people to go out with you are just selfish

Your best friend is a girl, and you, judging from your avatar are a guy. So are you dating a guy that used to be with your best friend thats a girl? I can see why she would be pissed.

ok first off put yourself in your friends shoes and think "ok my best friend is dating my ex" and mayb you come up with alot of stuff yhat might b wrong ok like he might still have feeliings for her or he doesnt wanna hear alot about her and with you dating her it make him hear ALOT about her

try and ask yourself would you pefer loosing ur bestfriend or gf...just remember best friend takes years to develop and hard to find, but having a gf is not
