Love is the best thing the moment that lasts forever!
I would surely visit him, travel with him.... it would be so good....
patience and trust would definitely take this kind of relationship to eternity...that's till you get married and then its undoubtedly the best feeling that lasts forever!!!

I'm so sorry. Whatever anyone says, and no matter how silly your situation seems, your feelings are real, and should be acknowledged. A couple of things: Obviously, you're not "in love" with these guys. But you are attracted and attached, and hope for what "could be" can be a powerful thing. Plus, when they "abandon" you after only a few dates, your pride is wounded, and that can make you feel unwanted and alone. That prompts feelings of depression, naturally. In this situation, you probably shouldn't have contacted him. If he were truly interested, he would've contacted you. Whatever he was doing on the date, even if it was leading you on (which he shouldn't have done if he didn't intend to follow through)...he obviously didn't decide to pursue it. Blech. His problem, and his loss. Likewise, this is not the time or place to contact him and "confront" him. You had no understanding or commitment with him, and so you need to let it go. If you believe in God, just trust in his providence for your life. He's in control, and knows far better who is best for you, and who you'll ultimately end up with. In the meantime, grieve the disappointment, but stay positive. Focus on all the qualities that make you a great catch. When the right guy comes along, he won't let you get away. Don't let yourself give in to depression...it's just not fair to you. You deserve to have a full life BETWEEN boyfriends, so don't find your identity in them. All the best...hang in there. :-)

well, why not? It would at least be a good chance to travel. Im sure you could convince him to pay for some if not all of it. make sure that it is indeed him and that he isnt looking to mount your head on his wall or something. If that was out of the question, then id say fall in love with someone closer, guys are a dime a dozen out there.
