we broke up bout 3 weeks ago we still friends but he refuses 2 hang with me i have no problem i am going out drinking and i wondered if he still likes me wil he end up getting in contact with me or start sending me texts or will he jus leave it can you help me

You sound like a game playin' hosey... let the guy alone... of course there are too many variables to offer you a concrete answer... and you "...have no problem"??? seems to me you do have a problem... you want to see this guy miserable over the loss of you... He would rather you NOT. Sure some guys will pine... and do it openly... it's the ultimate in flattery for an immature girl/woman. Some guys will walk away and not look back...
It sounds to me like you are definitely NOT done experimenting with relationships... move on... do a little growing... and hope that someday you'll grow out of this morbid fascination

First, learn how to write and use punctuation. This makes it a little easier on the reader and is a common courtesy that most people your age ignore.
Second, go find another guy. He keeps you around "just in case".
