do cardio. ideas: bouncing on trampoline, jogging, skipping. do cardio everyday for at least 15 minutes. overdose on fruit and skip the fatty calorie foods!

Your calorie intake should be less than what you burn, so I'd say about 1500 - 1700 kcal daily. Avoid bread, eat wholegrain (like all-bran and oats) and drink loads of water.

do cardio. you are going to lose fat on your whole body, not just your stomach. there is no "spot reduction"
