Start/Control Panel/Add remove software
in Windows programs
search for Windows Defender and delete it.
Better to keep it. and use it.

Go to Add or Remove Programs in the Control Panel. Scroll down to Windows Defender. Click Remove.

open control panel, click add/remove programs.. find it in that list and then un-install it.
additionally most programs install a 'uninstall' button in its start folder
