that happened to me once turned out to be agreat relationship.
be glad that her mom was there, she only wanted you to meet her.Thats a good thing for 2 reasons. she is interested enough to
introduce you to her family members. and she is a good girl with family values very hard to find these days.

shes probably just playing it safe .But bringing mum along is a bit strange .I could of understood a freind or a freind and her boyfreind . If you really like her though ,give her another chance and see how it goes .Never know could end up being real thing.GOOD LUCK

I don't know how old you are, but if you are teenagers, maybe she is not allowed to date without a chaperon.
