Yeast converts fruit sugar into alcohol. And that is the whole TRUTH. It is God's work. Why is it so, can't be questioned. When this alcohol (now wine) is exposed to air it converts into vinegar. It is God's work. Why is it so, can't be questioned.
When this vinegar is eaten, it works as pro-biotic and aids in digestion. It is God's work. Why is it so, cant be questioned.

These are the MIRACLES for us. You can follow them into more research but can't challenge them.

If you ever see the action of yeast in making wine in a glass fermenter, you will be fully fascinated by the happenings in the juice. It is a visual treat.

Simply, the yeast (a living organism) lives and reproduces by converting the sugar and carbohydrate in the fruit (normally grape) into two byproducts. The first is Carbon Dioxide and the second is Alcohol (fermentation). The Carbon Dioxide is generally removed. and the Alcohol mixes with the flavour of the fruit to produce wine

This can happen naturally with wild yeast. That is why fruit rots!

I think that some part of wine contains yeast but not all. If you were talking about beer than that is full of yeast.
