Need food...go to the market and buy more. Need exercise...go out for a healthy walk. Need a loan . . .get a loan at a loan agency, a bank, or approach your family. I don't know how much 5lakhs is...but, no matter...advice is still the same.

Get to a bank nearby and furnish your property documents. They will give you a loan to repay your existing loan. If you need small loan to repay installments for some six to seven months, go for a personal loan with a public sector bank.
