Height is determined by your parentage. Your weight is determined by what and how much you eat.

I would strongly suggest that getting fat is not a smart goal.
Fat people develop tremendous medical problems and are outcasts due to their weight. We may not like it, but it is a fact of life.

Well, considering that I am very slim and short, I can assure you about something: unless you are at puberty or a young adult, you have no chances of getting any taller. However, there are some things you can try: for getting taller, for example, you may want to try some sports, for example basketball, handball, tennis or swimming, sports that usually stretch. And no gym for you, gym usually makes the organism stopping from growing. Here`s another tip: if you don`t want do do sports, just jump around the house, as tall as you can, 20 times, each 1-2 hours. Don`t expect immediate result, but in few months 2-3 cm will add to your height. And wear, if you are a woman, high heels.
And about getting fatter, it`s easy: take some vitamins, eat regular meals, but no fats, sodas or chips! And avoid stress, of course!
