Depending on the severity, pain and length of time, you might want to consult a physician. Other than that, as a home remedy, I would suggest most any liquid (in small, say around 6-8 ounces every 30 minutes or so) like tea, coffee, coke (those with caffeine), or an over the counter medicine for constipation. Usually talking to a pharmacist will help (and save you some big bucks!) Other than these, when I was a child, the first drink my mom always gave me was a glass of water with a tea spoon of baking soda in it! It neutralizes the acid in the stomach and helps with the "flow" (if you will). Oh, and do not take nothing with acids (tomato juice, orange juice - they tend to absorb, rather than move quicker). Running and massaging your stomach also helps (it does for me anyway). Hope this helps! Good luck!

The safest way to regulate you bowel movement is by increasing the fiber in your diet, whole grain products and fruits are a great source. Kiwis seem to work real well. The only thing to remember is to drink plenty of fluids or you can increase the likelyhood of constipation.

LiLo24 - it incredibly is incredibly obvious that formulation is used. Please do no longer make it sound like breast milk is the only option. a lot of human beings can no longer breast feed (and a few human beings pick no longer) and that they shouldn't in any respect experience like they are doing something incorrect by using fact of it. the thank you to feed your toddler is an exceptionally sensative subject count number, so please watch the way you word issues. threat is that if she is formulation feeding, she become no longer able to (or did no longer desire to) breast feed, which might advise that it does no longer be an option to start up now. to respond to the question - it incredibly is troublesome (my son is going by using it) and not something is worse than listening to your son cry and cry and comprehend which you're attempting each and everything and that no longer something has worked. I accept as true with one in all the different responses - attempt one formulation for 2 weeks until eventually now switching lower back. one element that we tried to assist get him pooping lower back become a glycerin suppository - which his dr. stated we attempt after he become blocked up at 4 days previous (remarkable, he become in easy terms on breast milk at that element, so as that proves a toddler can get backed up on breast milk besides). no longer the main relaxing to offer to the youngster, whether it did artwork. we've accomplished it a pair of alternative cases and he continually looks to experience extra advantageous afterwards. do exactly no longer place self assurance in them consistently by using fact (in accordance to my dr) you do no longer desire your youngster to "forget approximately the thank you to poop". solid success! And comprehend which you're attempting each and everything you could - mutually because it incredibly is troublesome whilst he's crying, you're doing what you could for him!
