I would suggest that you terminate this relationship.

Why have you just discovered that the person with whom you are having a relationship is married? Well dump them because what they are doing to their partner they will do to you. People are stupid in this way they believe that it will not happen to them and they are the ideal person for this person who cheats, a person who cheats isn't worthwhile going out with. I knew a woman once who was going out with a married man and he got found out and all his children said they would ostracise him if he carried on with his new partner. He promised this women he was having an affair with that he would leave his wife for her. He never did he had too much to lose to leave his wife.
Also if his/her partner is a regular user on this site, she/he might catch you out. A man or woman who cheats on their partner isn't to be trusted.

stop seeing them, the fact their partner was a regular user on this site would mean nothing to me, its not my place to tell her.

I personally would stop seeing them.
If you are in love & they love you, and he/she is telling you that he/she will leave their partner for you then if you stop seeing them you will know how they really feel. If its real love and they cant live without you then it'll give them the incentive to do the right thing.
If its just sex then there is plenty of single people out there to play with.

I think they deserve to know their partner is cheating on them. But their partner should be the one to tell them it's between them, however if they refuse to tell them at least you know you did the right thing be ending it now and walking away.

Kick the person in the balls and I wouldn`t tell the other person because the partner hasn`t done any thing to harm me so why would I harm them?

Stop seeing them straight off. Do not be tempted to tell their partner to see whether you could get them to yourself.
This will just make you seem petty.
Say goodbye and meet someone who is worth it

Get out quick... it will cause nothing but heartache for at least one person... (and possibly a short, sharp, well directed aim, type of pain in the groin area for the cheater!!!) ;)
