It all depends on your height really.
If your only 4ft then it's not too bad,but I would suggest that you put on at least another stone.
Working out physically is always good for your confidence and general well being and health. If you do work out its best to get more advice on eating and the correct exercises for your ability! Hope this helps.

Its pretty hard to answer not nowing your height. If your tall then i would say your a bit to light. But if you short to average then you should be ok but i would ask a doctor just incase, or search the net there should be some info somewhere.

Depends on how tall he is..... You Dr would be more than willing to answer this for you at his next vistit. He would also make suggestion to a healther kid.... Better food choices and exercise, he might even check the kids thyroid and blood sugar levels to make sure they are all good.

it also depends on your height so its difficult to say, but if your average for your age then yes 8 stone is fine i think, but you should put on more weight as you get older and your body matures

I depends on your hight, go to your GP to have a BMI test it takes in to acount of your hight in relation to your whight.

8stone sounds ok, but remember it can change to bad or exelent!

If hes tall hes a bit underweight.
If hes medium probably just healthy.
If hes small its perfect.
