im looking for my sister jessica, shed be around17, 18 or 19 years old. her last name may be Vaughan. being daughter of a M Vaughan (father) of Blackburn south in melbourne vic. unsure what school she attended, She may have grown up with her grandmother (her mums mum).
she may not have lived in blackburn, could be forest hills or any of those surrouding areas, unsure if she is aware of having an older sister? we also have a younger brother out there too? have done as much as i can possibly do with what resourses ihave to find her, esspecially without stepping on any feet.. pleas if you are from around any of those areas, and any of this sounds familiar.. please let me know!!

Good luck in trying to find your sister.
You can try signing up to the following websites and posting there. They have reunited lots of people that way. :)

It is very hard to locate a person nowadays.
You can also try looking her up in court records, traffic violations, and even try property records if you know the name of her and/or guardian's name.

I have been doing genealogy for over 20 years. In the process of getting my "Board Certification of Genealogists." But only for the USA.

I can't help you find your sister but if you make this a major issue in your life, than those around you might miss receiving the best you can give them. Pray continually and seek the Lord for all your answer. And watch what happens!!!
