I'm 5' 6 tall and weigh 150 lbs. I just look a bit fat, I just wanna lose a few pounds so that I get rid of my double chin :D
everyday I count how many calories I eat I find out it's less than 1000, so I think my metabolism is messed up, it's not that I eat less than 1000 on purpose, I just have a little appetite. I have tried so many times to eat more, but I just can't, I feel like I'm gonna through up and feel sick in my stomack, so I was wondering is there another way to raise my metabolism without eating more?
