Read John 1;1 and John 1;14. Its not hard. Jesus is God Almighty but because we have finite minds its not always easy to accept.
I Cr 13;8a.
As the Holy Spirit to help you along these lines.

God the Father, Jesus (the Word that was made man, who is the Son of God the Father) and the Spirit are what is known as the Trinity. The Three are One.

This issue has been debated for over 1700 years, and is not going to be resolved here with a few scriptures. The best way to tell what, or who, is right is to look at the overall life style of those following a certain belief. Do their members strive to live in the light of Christ and God in all things? Are the reputations of all their churches above reproach? Can you attend any one of their churches, world wide, and find the exact same teachings, or are their divisions over such things as gay rights, stem cell research, and ordaining women?

God could become man for the same reason Jesus could perform miracles and God could create the universe out of nothing: namely, that God can do as He pleases. Anything that is not against God's character, that can possibly be done, can be done by God. "With God all things are possible" (Matthew 19:26).
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. ...The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. (John 1:1,14)
He [Jesus Christ] is the image of the invisible God. (Colossians 1:15)
In Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form. (Colossians 2:9)
The Son is the radiance of God's glory and the exact representation of his being. (Hebrews 1:3)
God Bless You

I was raised on the "Holy Trinity," God in three forms - Father/Creator, Son/Saviour, Holy Spirit - which I've since come to know as that spark of Divinity within each one of us.
Jesus brought forth his Divinity to a degree that's far beyond what we typically do, but Jesus said that we can do what He did, and even greater things.

The Father,Son and Holy Spirit are one God. Jesus was the Son of God who offered his flesh to pay the penalty of death for you. If you refer to Jesus as Son or as God both are correct as Jesus was in the begining with God and was God and all things were created by him.
