I'm confused: why would you want to?
All that does is tell you you're running an OEM/Microsoft version of IE: Many ISP's and other companies who "bundle" IE under license from MicroShaft will have their own logos substituted for the Flag logo, but they all basically perform the same function.... if you see it moving, the program is running... all it is is an indicator... What did it do to you?

Why would you want to? It's part of the operating system to have the logo in IE.
