Wash frequently with tap water or with the mild solution of bake-ing soda(Sodium bicarbonate) The sweating under armpit is acidic and it has to be neutralised to stop odour.

Normally sweat is produced to regulate the temperature of the body, but excessive sweating and body odor may be due to stress or medication . Take bath with an antibacterial soap at least once a day, drink plenty of water and eat fresh fruits and vegetables. More details and remedies at the link below.
