FIRST YOU need to SLOW DOWN. You don't know this guy in the least little bit. Sorry, but you don't. From what you have written you have spent a FEW days with him. A FEW DAYS and you're already talking about moving in with him and getting engaged. What is wrong with you? SLOW DOWN girl. But to tell your parents, just get together with them and telling them you want to have a talk. When the three of you get together just tell them, Mom, Dad, I got me a boyfriend. And I want you to meet him. BUT Let me add this. Something is also WRONG with the fact that you have been HIDING the fact that you have a boyfriend. WHY hide this from them? Think about what you are doing here. Really give it some thought. I don't even know you and don't want to see you get hurt. Please think about all of this.

I guess it depends on what your parents are like. If it was me i would show my mum a picture of him and ask what she thinks then tell her you really like him. If she seems ok, ask her if she would like to meet him next time he visits. Why have you planned when to get enaged? Is there some significance? Finish school b4 moving anywhere

You are now a legal age adult and you need to talk to your parents and let them know you are now and adult and capable of making decisions and that you have found a romance and that you want to be able to spend more time with him and your plans are to do just that.

um engaged? you must tell them. just let them know how much you love them but its your life and you do what you think is best. if they continue to argue let them know that you would like their blessing but if they wont give it then it changes nothing. listen to them, respect them, dont yell at them, and speak firm and clear about how you feel about him. hopefully they will listen. good luck.

let them know all the good things about him.
let them know all the things u like about him.
let them know all the good things he likes about you.
let them know that he cares for you and that is is not a joke.
be sure to let them know that you thought about him carefully and your decision is a strong one, that u wish they will respect and accept.

good luck!
