I wish that I had another shot at the Prime Rib that was supposed to be what I got from Outback the other night. I wanted a small tender moist medium rare piece with a big baked potato and got a big chunk of the end, cooked medium, that was tough and dry. I did not want to spoil the dinner for the rest of the table, so I ate what I could. Was so very disappointed and feel like I missed out on one of my favorite dinners.

I'd like some borcht, the kind one of my friend at work makes(without the beef), I tried it once and miss it already. Guess I kinda miss work, I have a month off and funny enough I wish I could just go back. Gee wiz food really connects me to people and makes me miss people who feel the same way.

My best comfort food. Grilled Cheese Sandwiches made with grilled onions, fried SPAM & Velveeta. Ya, I know, but I just love them.
