I have baby 51/2 years Now i am trying for one more baby. I got to know that my right kidney is infected and causing high blood preasure. I am under treatment.

okay, you've confused me, what do you mean by "prefer baby when kidney causing blood pressure"? I think you need to get the infection under control/gone before you start trying to have another baby, and as long as your doctors are aware of your blood pressure issues and can treat you accordingly for it, I don't see why you can't have another baby.
Check with your doctors first, however.

I have had a kidney transplant and I know kidneys not working properly can make your blood presure very unstable. I would advise talking to your doctor before becomming pregnant, Make sure your kidneys can hold up to the extra strain.

Yes ! you can conceive but you should have regular antinatal checkups too keep B.P under control.If required you will have to reduce weight if you are obese. You are atleast aware that you have B.P but some females develop B.P only after conceiving.Hence there is nothing to worry but should take slight extra precautions and follow your doctors advice.

you can have another child..you have to becareful you will most likely get high blood presure which can be bad for the baby, but there are meds for it. also you have to becareful and watch that you do not get protine in your unrine other wise they would induce labor or you could loose the baby
