Not unless it has tryptophan in it, or you eat to much of it.

Sheep meet? Do you mean Lamb meat? I'm confused. If this is what you meant, I would say "no", it is not true. It never made me sleepy. Although counting sheep is supposedly good for helping you to fall asleep, but I don't see how that would make me sleepy either.

Extremely NOT true.Sheep meat is one of the delights you might get in Sg and I was lucky enough to get a taste of it when I was 11.The fact is, it DOES NOT make you sleepy. If you feel sleepy after a course meal of it,it might be that you ate too much.If you had it for a normal mean,it's still the same, you ate too much. And for one reason I don't dare touch lamb or goat or any animal now is that I think is too nice and innocent to be killed. But for one thing, I still eat chicken, pork and beef.I don't give up on those and vegetables and fruits. But keep one thing in mind:Keep up good eating habits!Don't eat till you are feeling sleepy. It is not really good for your health and keep down the supper limits.Have suppers about every 10-19 days.It is not good on nutrition.Creates a barrel stomach. Have a good diet! And don't forget to eat healthy.
