Tea Tree Oil. It comes in a little vial, and you can buy it at Wal Mart for about 5 dollars. It is all natural, antibacterial, and will dry blemishes in one night. That way you can give them a chance to heal without getting infected. It is the only thing I use on my skin besides soap, water, and lotion. You want to make sure to not use it all over your face though, because it is VERY strong. Just use it sparingly on your blemishes. Wash your face first, with whatever soap you want, and then dry it off totally. If you use moisturizer, you would want to apply it now. Once the moisturizer is dry, put on the tea tree oil. It smells really planty, if that even makes sense, but you will get used to the smell! :) I have been using it since I was 12, and I love it. Good luck!
ps- It will dry out the blemish overnight, but it will still take a day or two to heal totally and be gone.

Don't feel bad, Everyone has this prob. including me! But here's a tip: use Proactiv. It really works. It may not get rid of the pimples completely, but it will reduce the # of outbreaks. It reduced the # of outbreaks for me. Trust me, THIS STUFF WORKS, so USE IT! Hope this solves your prob.!

Try applying a burning agent like vicks or zandu balm. N steam ur face every day to open up da pores, and wash ur pillow regularly

i explained it to 3 diffrent ppl at 3 times...use a face wash and wash ur face...that's not medicine though.eat more fruits and vegetables and dont eat so much curry...i saw many indians in sg eating curry curry curry...sleep more...dont rub ur face ...dun pop the pimples.

Some times putting toothpaste on it & letting it dry clears it up in a day or two.
