Maybe not quite 'redneck, Joe Six-Pack'.

But I do miss the days where a driver could lash-out at Nascar, another driver, the tire manufacturer, etc. without being fined and forced to apologize.

And I am SICK AND TIRED of these baby-faced, CANDY ASSES who have never turned a wrench in their life, and get a million dollar contract by age 23! Whatever happened to paying your dues? Where are the REAL men of Nascar????

The commercial of Kyle Busch going into the auto parts store slays me! What a joke!

Yeah, I think it would put the drivers back in charge of driving. Buy a car from a dealer, hop it up and race it. That would be real STOCK car racing. Now adays, all cars are hand made and all have to meet the same templates. The Daytona used to won by the fastest cars. Now it's all where your at during the last lap and mostly a lot of luck And the points system sucks. I'm not too impressed.

That was Nascar, now it's gone to sh-t. We all need to pick one race to boycott!!! Show them (nascar) that the most watched can be the least watched and they all will lose money. The government not only tries to rule us but even rules the things in life that bring , or should I say, use to bring us pleasure and something to look forward to. Nothing is the same as it use to be. There is know more American Anything including the American Dream!!! Sorry for our luck.

I would like alot of the rules to go back to them days, The end of the 1992 season was better than any Chase. Team works hard gets a few Hundred points ahead, and poof it's gone, it's the lamest thing to ever happen to Racing

they never will, they have monster size race shops, private jets, motorcoaches to rival the best tour bus,and that all cost MONEY ! but they should take away the restrictor plates, roof fins, because those slow down the cars, to me, racing is supposed to be the fastest car wins.if you don't want to go that fast or scared of the conseqences then don't race !
