Yes. Getting drunk and passing out is not good for a person of any age.

Your sister may get mad that you told your mom, but at least your mom, despite all the future lecturing, will know how to take care of your sister and her friend.

Yes, because people can die from alcohol poisoning or from vomiting in their sleep. You did the right thing to ask about this. They may be mad at you in the morning, but that is better than having something terrible happen to them and then having to live with the guilt. You are a good kid.

tell your mum - anything could happening like swallowing their sick or alcohol allergic. if something serious happened because
you didn't tell your mum you would feel bad for the rest of your
life - do it now - you could save their lives - you don't know what
they've drunk it could have been spiked!

at least turn them over onto their stomachs, that way they can't "Aspirate" (Vomit then choke on it trying to breathe while passed out), My wife is always yelling at me because, when I see a drunk on the sidewalk I always turn them over on their stomachs to prevent this from happening, I always tell her "This what I used to look like".

Always listen to your parents and do not hide any thing from them. Tell your mummy what happened.
