well if u are aware of YOGA, 'suryanamaskar' is the best posture which combines more than 12 postures and once practiced rightly you can get overall effect for sure but slowly. I advice not go for crash course on diets ans they may do more harm than help.

burning fat through out your whole body because their is no such thing as spot training. No matter how good your stomach muscles (or any other muscle) are they wont show if your fat.
