what burner software to use?

i want to burn 3 video files(wmv) format) into a DVD-R. After burning it, i would like to be able to watch the DVD on normal television using a normal DVD player...what burner should i use to burn the files?

use nero (full version with all the video plug inns) or use NTI recorder. basically any burner that supports video encoding/decoding. Best of luck
