Not sure what kind you're looking for, small part or large structure..... Injection molding is one common technique for smaller products - the same process that makes many everyday plastic products.

Nylon is a common material to be reinforced with glass - I've seen from 5% to 50% glass fiber filled nylon. Applications include automotive parts, lighter duties pulleys, gears, etc.

There are many methods, depending on the resin used and the type of mold your using, your going to have to read up on it...
TAB has a book "Fiberglass Repair and Construction" by Jack Wiley that gives you the techniques you need, Glass cloth is an irritant and polyester stinks to high heaven so try to use epoxy and some of the newer polyester fabrics. Materials can be located at Marine (boat) stores and they are generally very expensive.
