Two guys are friends and a girl walks in?

one of the guys has been flirting with her (notice past tense, nothing ever came of it).

Anyway, she walks in and notices the guy she used to flirt with glance over at his friend, and then he proceeds to smile to himself.

She blushes, as she gets this "feeling" they've been talking about her.

What could they have been saying, good or bad?
