You can't get everything that you LIKE and you can't GET a girl if you like.
If you are looking at girls for a good friendship then being yourself and a gentlemen would definitely earn you some female friends.
If you are looking for THE GIRL for a relationship, words like GET & LIKE are just like a slap. Look for similar interest between you two that would make things interesting and compatible. Each day you both meet should be a new day and a close bond like never before. Surely, you could identify body language, interest and signals from oposite sex. Use your Love radar.

Probably in your question the word ''Get the girl'' means that , why the girl is not liking you.
In this world, it is really ironical that almost evertbody thinks that whomever he likes ,they should also reciprocate, and like him or her.
Tell me frankly how many you are liking ,who are liking you?
Some times, it is not unnatural, that people do not like their parents or elders who are their well wishers and who like them and who love them.Why?
Are you liking all the teachers who like you?
Friend liking one or not liking one id purely INDIVIDUAL.thee is no such rule in the world that '' whomsoever you like or love should also reciprocate the same''. There may be girls around you liking you and thinking 'why you are you not liking them''.
Liking or diliking or not liking is purely PERSONAL,and INDIVIDUAL.
It is a natural logical thing that you like people who are in tune with your thoughts and tastes.So find out ,if you can, what are the tastes of the Girl you are liking.Then observe within you unbiasedly whether you are having same tastes .Mostly the answer may be ''No''.

So,friend, make the positive changes .Suppose you are a smoker, and she does not like smoking give up smoking.But suppose you are are a disciplined student who is trying to get through exams with flying colours and making sincere efforts, and suppose that girl is care free and does not care for the education and likes free style of living( it is her taste ..we cant't question it), then you need NOT CHANGE.dont go from good to Bad,your ownself will tell you ,if you hear to it honestly.
