There are various types of scoliosis. If you were born with one then manipulation by osteopath or chiropractor is unlikely to correct it . If you have developed it a a result of back pain then treating the cause of the pain along with treating the scoliosis should help. If you are over 60, female and it came on suddenly with pain there could be an underlying health problem which needs treating. If you get the scoliosis diagnosed then you'll know the best treatment but beware of wasting load of money seeking private healthcare if its one which you have had since birth ,it's not painful and it's not getting worse. Your GP is likely to be the best place to start.

Chiropractic back straightener. Do some warm ups in the morning maybe and go see a chiropracter I'm assuming you have one. Go and chat it up. Not trying to be rude. Trying to help.

Swimming, particularly backstroke stretches, straightens and strengthens the back. Muscle strength will help prevent it becoming worse over time.
