What are chem trails not con trails?

What exactly are the ingredients used in chem trails and do you beleive that this world wide activity by governments are specifically geared to climate control or population control?

First and foremost, contrails are naturally occuring phenomena. Art Bell types believe that governments are poisoning its citizens by injecting chemicals into the contrails and flying patterns across the country.

There is no evidence other than glory hounds reporting these to hear themselves on the radio.
