she's clearly desperate to lose weight fast but this is dangerous. Over-use of laxatives can do you permanent damage! She's not taking in nourishment to her body and she could seriously damage her colon.
I'd warn her off them, but she will want an alternative. Well, the best alternative is obviously diet and exercise but that's a long term thing. Encourage her to replace one meal a deal with a SlimFast drink and that should cut her daily intake down by about 400 calories. Also, for your dates with her, why don't you go out for long walks or play a game of tennis or do something energetic (ok, sex as well !) which will promote the weight loss.
Good luck, but do please warn her off those laxatives.
By the way, 5'10" and 10stone is actually a HEALTHY weight for that height, she's not overweight at all! I suspect that magazine cover girls and anorexic pop stars are having a malign influence on how she sees herself ... but she truly is an ideal weight.

please tell her to stop taking them, i did the same thing a few years ago. It got me into a lot of trouble, took me a long time to get well again, had really bad stomach pains and cold sweats from the pain. sometimes the pain was so bad i would pass out and when i stopped taking them it hurt in my stomach whenever i ate something. for some reason you get bad breath aswell. She's gona not enjoy her holiday. they are ok to use for a few days if you use them for what they are meant to be used for...but not losing weight. if she wants a quick weight loss try something like slimfast, the best way though would be a healthy diet and plenty of exercise, oh yeah drink water aswell. Good luck!

No doubt about it, it is bad for her!!!
Ask her to consult a physician and see what her reaction is. I bet she will try to dodge the visit, postpone it, what ever, because she knows she is doing wrong.
If not, the doctor will tell her no to do what she is doing.

To lose weight she has to watch her diet; no fatty junk food, no sugar. She will have to check on what she drinks, lots of sugar in many drinks.

Some cardio and toning exercise will also be of great benefit and a sure fast way to lose weight for her.

the first organ to affect is kidney. she has to take a lot of water, min of 3-4 liters/day.
you have mentioned that she is quite tall and dosent have much fat.I'm sure that she is healthy too.. So ask her to take lots of leafy vegetables and before food drink 2-3 glasses of water or a glass of juice. that can bring down some weight.
moreover you have to motivate her and convince that she looks pretty with the present physic

This is not a good idea at all. Just eat healthy foods, and try to eat small often rather than large three times a day. Good luck.

Laxatives could dehydrate her. This is not the proper way to lose weight.

As long as she does not make a habit of it. She must stop when she reaches the rqd weight. No I do not think it is good for you at all.

Yes it is a bad idea. People like your girlfriend are giving a bad impression to young girls who think they need to be stick thin and making themselves ill.

They are very bad for her, to continually keep taking like she is. Get her to stop straight away.

It's bad for her.I would recommend the cambridge diet.It works if you have the determination to stick to it and it's safe too.
