It's not?
and for anyone that says they were born on leap year. Do the math leap year comes every 4 years. So technically if he was born Feb 29th 1964 and died lets say April 1984 thats 20 years divided by 4 the answer is 5. He'd be 5 years old.

well unless cryrogenic freezzing was offerd in the 60s wich i highly doubt then a man born inthe early 60s and dying in the early 80s that using the specific dates provided parished at the age of 20 . i have concluded that it is not possible. however , if u would like to do research to see if they had some type of life aid in the 60s
be my guest because , pardon my snobish tone, i do not intend to spend more than 2 mins on this question . but really it is a good question :) (for the mentaly insane) haha lol just playin.
