NO it is not true sadly there is a lot of very mean and nasty people out there in this world praying on gullible people and if you respond they will next ask you for credit card details and money for processing fees ext just delete it if you did not enter this lottery by means of buying a ticket then you cant possible win a prize and legitimate lotteries do not inform people they have won via an email sorry.

Depends. If you buy your lottery tickets online as I do then they will send an email if you win. They should include your username or possibly proper name to show its genuine. Or you could go to the website and log in and check your tickets. If however its from a foreign co spainish one for eg then its a scam. As others have said if you didnt buy a ticket you couldnt have won. Also you will never need to part with cash to claim a genuine prize! Hope this helps!

maybe it is true but sometimes they are fate. I'm also received an e-mail that said I'm winning the lottery or I've got a lot of money from a person that have died from a plane crashed but I'm ignored it all eventhough....maybe...it is true. Sometimes they also wants to cheat your money or whatever that valuable things so ignore them. Don't trust what ever offer from an-mail =p

I'm 99% sure its a scam. Unless they stat their email address and if its sooo reliable, then m,aybe you should check first before you do anything. Don't click anything though. Some virus are potent.

Not if it is from any country other than the US, and probably not even then. There is a current "Latino" lottery scam circulating.

No. It is a scam. Let me guess, they want you to sed them money to verify your winning numbers. Lotteries don't work that way.

Hi,Mohammed,
You don't get anything for nothing- they'll probably ask you to send some money for 'processing'.
In return,you'll get nothing. Zilch.Diddly-squat.
Just delete it.
It's a cruel world....
