the whole day ill eat all healthy food like vegetables and fruits.Then i feel all contended and i sleep.Then in the middle of the night everyday i just get up go straight to the kitchen and eat 2 packets of biscuits(a packet has 450 calories)i have no clue how to solve this problem.Its been happening since a month and everyday i try to tell myself i wnt do it again but i just do.What should i do??please please help me

Get rid of your cookies. In that way you wont have any to eat. But if at night you really hunger for a snack, you might want to put something healthy in the kitchen instead.

im talking eating around about 1625 calories a day or so and drinking plenty of water and exercising and dont starve yourself eat till your full on healthy stuff dont stuff yourself either
