"I dont want a bf at the moment" is just an excuse. It translates to I haven't found anyone I liked yet, are you that guy? So what you need to do now is to get out of the "friend zone". Ask her out. Be like "so what are you doing this friday?" "Lets go to blah blah blah and hang out". During the first date, hold her hand. Be like "I wanna show you something really cool!" Grab her hand and show her something cool (Your going to have to figure out what that 'cool' thing is. Make it up if you have to). After you show her, don't let go of her hand. Hold hands with her as if its a completely normal thing to do. At the end of the night, tell her you enjoyed spending time with her and kiss her (If your 10 yrs old, kiss her on the cheek). Let me know how it goes.....

well she told you she didnt want a boyfriend playa, you have to respect that. But what you can do is be a great friend and in time she may change her mind aboout haveing a boyfriend. Ask her out..you know with friends or just you two is she drives. But whatever you ask her playa remeber this: The only thing she can say to you is yes or no. dont take it personal she is young is so are you. Good thing is you have tons of time to strengthen your friendship.

Dont ask her but keep talking to her. If you keep talking to her and let you know you like her, just hint around about it dont be blunt she will get to know you better. If you just ask her out shes likely to turn you down if she dont know the real you. Remember always be sweet and pay attention to what she says sometimes there are quizzes you may not expect. Give it time be patient and persistant talk as much as you can without annoying her. Make sure its right when you do ask . You'll know when.

i would play it cool if i were you for the time being, sounds like she has had some previous boy problems and if she says she doesn't want one at the moment that usually mean that she doesn't really want one at the moment. Ask her out to a movie or dinner as you would like to get to know her better but at this stage i certainly wouldn't push the matter of bf.

Don't ask her to go out with you like bf/gf. Ask her if she wants to hang out with you sometime. If she doesn't want a bf theres not much you can do but just hang out until she's ready. Take her on a couple of casual 'outings' and see what transpires. to be honest i think she knows you like her and probably doesn't feel as strongly, thats why she told you she doesn't want a boyfriend, so she doesn't have to say no.
