I just went from a size 16 to a size 8 since last May. I cut out as many carbs as I could--sugar, white rice, potatoes, any starchy foods. I have been eating plenty of vegies and fruit, brown rice in place of potatoes, very little red meat--lots of fish and baked or grilled chicken. I cut my calorie intake down to about 900-1000 per day. I feel so much better! I am going to keep it off the same way. By eating smaller portions of healthier food. Good Luck!!! You can do it!!!

Well, as crazy as this may sound, you should start eating more often. Eating small meals every 2 to 3 hrs will speed up your metabolism and will also make it easy to stop yourself from over-eating. The problem with most people is that they only eat 2 meals a day, and that puts the body into a survival storage mode.

The second part is exercise. You HAVE to exercise if you want weight loss to be effective and lasting. You have to burn more calories per day than you take in. Join a local gym; going 2 or 3 days a week will burn enough calories to help out your metabolism.

The third part: nutrition. Be careful of what you eat. Cut out anything made with white flour, add more whole grains. Eat leaner meat (extra lean ground beef, flank steaks, tuna, salmon). Get lots of green veggies (beans, spinach). Also, nuts make a great snack food (pecans are the best for you).

Hope this is helpful!

Build your muscles in the evening before bedtime (lifting weights, this is also good to cure insomnia), do aerobics in the morning before breakfast (dancing or walking, not jogging), and cut down on high glycemic (sugary) foods. Now you don't have to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars on weight loss plans or products that don't work; I've just told you the best way for free. This will work. I guarentee it, or I'll give you your money back ten-fold (0 x 10 = 0).
