The main concern of what you are thinking is the moral and ethical aspect which is a big battle faced by international experts trying to be successful in doing such procedure. Though heart transplant had been performed successfully in human subjects before, its was not considered fully successful as the patient had survived very shortly after. It is true that science is trying to find a way to make such process in great success but accepting heart from a normal subject as you suggest is equivalent to ending the life of the donor so I do not think that it is allowed anywhere. It is greatly against morality so no any one could donate his heart as a gift as a present (not unless you got a brain death-then possibly you could make a will from now). For the surgery, I guess there are so many cardiothoracic surgeons who will be willing to perform the procedure but nobody will allow a healthy person to be "dishearted" simply to donate a heart as a compromise.

I'd doubt none.... removal of the heart equals death... the doc who did this would be convicted of murder. However, if a patient were brain dead, then the family could allow harvesting of the organs, but that is different from donation.... only the patient can donate, and a live patient cannot donate the single thing that keeps him alive.... maybe this was confusing to you because English is not your prime language????

The difficulty will be finding a surgeon to perform the operation or even a country that allows a surgeon to perform the operation.
