I really didnt know floppy ears could mean sickness or poor nutrition. I just got her today but she hasnt ate anything. She doesnt act sick... I just thought maybe it was cause she wasnt purebred like they said she was. cause shes not papered

She appears to be purebred... I raised Chihuahuas for many years. Not all ears stand well..There can be several reasons for this, one of them being illness at the time of development, another being poor nutrition at the crucial age, or just genetic predisposition....
It doesn't mean that she is ill now, but may have had a rough time at about 5-6 weeks..when the cartilage in her ears was forming..
Just be sure to feed her a high quality kibble, as Chi's need to have a nuturtion packed diet, with no fillers..I would recommend Canidae, Innova, Solid Gold, Natural Balance, Wellness or Wysong...You will find these at most local pet supplies.
She is adorable! I love that outfit!!!

She looks like a chi to me, but what makes a purebred is the paperwork. If she didn't have a pedigree and you don't know the dogs parents there is no way to get her papers now. If you do know the dogs parents and they are purebred with papers you can put together the application to get her pedigree showing she is a purebred.

She looks like a purebred. Does it really matter if the ears stand up or not? She is adorable with the ears just like they are. It doesn't have to do with her being sick or anything like that. Sometimes the ears just don't stand up.

Because of the ears & head shape, I would guess she is 1/2 Chihuahua, 1/2 Miniature Pinscher: http://www.akc.org/breeds/miniature_pinscher/index.cfm (their ears generally must be cropped to stand, while a Chihuahua's stand naturally).
She is a cutie!

If you love her & she loves you then who cares?
She looks like a purebred sweetie. The rest is just paperwork.

If you didn't get the thing from a REPUTABLE breeder *&* get AKC registration & pedigree, you'll never know.
But....it IS extremely LOW/POOR QUALITY!!!
SPAY IT ASAP!!!!
Down ears are ***NOT*** a sign of sickness OR "poor nutrition"!!!
JUST BAD /LOW/POOR QUALITY!!!
PET-stuff! Made by an irresponsible CROOK & peddled to the GULLIBLE!
