There isn't just one stretching exercise in volleyball. You need to warm up your muscles with a light jog or some sort of cardio to get the blood flowing and then stretch every major muscle group. Then focus on the smaller groups. Remember to hold the stretch for a good ten seconds and to not stretch so that it hurts.

There is no special stretching exercise in volleyball....you just need to make sure that your arms are stretched out really well!

some stretches my team does are simple. we sit on the ground, cross our right leg over our left leg, put your right elbow on your right knee, then turn as far around as you can. this stretches your back. switch. also, take your right arm, bend it at the elbow, take your right hand and try to reach the middle of your back, place your left hand on your right elbow. stretches you triceps( good for hitting). switch. another, stand straight up w/ your legs spread apart a good 1' and a half or 2' and place your hands on the ground. once you become good at this, try reaching backwards for better stretching. to stretch your quads, the top of your thighs, try wall-sits. they hurt, but boy do they help. it used to be that i could only "sit" like that for a few seconds, know i can for 3 minutes. last one is the good old butterfly stretch where you put your to feet together while sitting down, almoat indian style. try to pull your feet in as close as you can, and try to put your knees on the ground. you'll feel it in your hamstrings.
hope i helped.
